In December, the ROSETTA consortium met up in Denmark for our semester meeting, an important milestone as the project nears its first anniversary. The gathering provided an important opportunity for partners to come together, reflect on progress and chart the course for the road ahead.

Topics ranged from the ongoing efforts to address food loss and waste to the exploration of marketing standards and the establishment of sustainable practices across Europe’s agri-food systems. Each partner’s insights and contributions played a crucial role in shaping the outcomes of the meeting, underscoring the collaborative spirit that drives ROSETTA forward.
