Save the Date: ROSETTA Final Event with BREADCRUMB and CATALYSE
5 November 2026 | Brussels, Belgium
ROSETTA is pleased to announce its upcoming Final Event, organised in collaboration with the EU-funded projects BREADCRUMB and CATALYSE.
The event will bring together researchers, policy actors, food system stakeholders, industry representatives and innovation communities to explore how Europe can move towards more sustainable, resilient and resource-efficient food systems.
Together, the three projects will highlight key insights and results on food waste reduction, the potential of suboptimal foods, food safety innovation and the role of marketing standards in shaping fairer and more sustainable food value chains.
The collaboration between ROSETTA, BREADCRUMB and CATALYSE reflects the importance of connecting EU-funded projects working on related challenges across the food system.
By joining forces, the three projects aim to strengthen the visibility of their results, promote cross-project learning and support the uptake of innovative approaches that can reduce waste, improve food safety and contribute to long-term sustainability.
