ROSETTA highlights the upcoming Rethink Food Waste Conference 2026, taking place in Rethymno, Crete. The conference will bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to explore innovative approaches to food waste prevention and resource recovery.

The event focuses on advancing solutions that move beyond waste management towards waste-to-value strategies, circular economy practices, and systemic change within food systems.
